Shameera Mortier

I am a professional audio engineer with extensive experience in the music and sound industry. As the owner of my own recording studio, I specialize in providing high-quality audio production services for a variety of clients. My background includes working on major events across Sri Lanka, where I have honed my skills in live sound engineering and sound design.

Currently, I serve as an audio engineer at Kandy's leading girls' school, where I am responsible for creating exceptional auditory experiences for students and events. In addition to my engineering work, I am a passionate musician and acoustic engineer. I have successfully designed sound systems for auditoriums and schools, ensuring optimal sound quality.

My contributions extend to television and radio, where I have produced numerous projects for various channels and artists. I also run Shamix Music Academy, where I offer music lessons in both Western and Eastern styles. Our academy welcomes children and adults alike, fostering a love for music through comprehensive training. We also provide recording engineering classes to inspire the next generation of audio professionals.

Furthermore, I operate a unique rental service for rare sound equipment and microphones, catering to the diverse needs of musicians and event organizers in Sri Lanka.
